Financial Policies

Most office visits requirement that you present your personal CareCard at each and every visit. Please advise reception if your visit is being covered by private insurance, WCB, or ICBC.

Although most office visits are covered by the provincial Medical Services Plan or other insurance, patients are responsible for all services not covered. Uninsured services include such things as notes for work or insurance forms, cosmetic surgeries, and some wart removals. Current patient fees are posted in the waiting room or are available from reception. Patients will be informed of any potential charges before the service is rendered. We accept cash, debit and credit card payments. Payment is due in full at the time of treatment.

Please discuss questions you have regarding payment of fees with our office manager and not with the doctor so the doctor will be able to focus solely on providing you with optimal care.
