Telephone Calls

Test results ("don't call us – we'll call you")
Patients with test results that need follow up will ALWAYS be called promptly. There is no need to call the clinic for test results which come back as ‘normal’. When you are sent for a test, ask your doctor if you need to come back to review results. If in doubt, please just come back to the office to discuss your concern in person. Typically, you are expected to return if your symptoms remain.

Doctor phone calls
Doctors do not take phone calls. It is not in the patient's best interest for the doctor to try and diagnose or treat problems over the telephone and may even be unsafe. In addition, phone calls can be disruptive to the care being provided to patients at the clinic. Please speak to reception about booking an appointment or come in to the clinic as a walk-in patient.

Prescription refills
No Prescriptions are refilled over the phone. To ensure proper patient care, we ask that you come into the clinic for all prescription refills.
